Since Xenserver does not correctly convert VMDK's (the /dev/sda vs /dev/hda issue) I am now going to try running a virtual machine (redhat) on top of Vmserver (running Ubuntu) which is in itself a virtual machine running on Xenserver.
This should be interesting if it works.
